Workplace: Tbilisi, Noe Ramishvili N30 Working hours: 09:00–18:00 Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications Main Responsibilities: Preparing legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, letters, notices, and other documents; Managing the signing process of prepared documents, monitoring the return of signed copies and achieving them; Providing consultations on legal matters; Preparing and managing contracts and other documentation, ensuring their compliance with legislation; if required, ensuring registration with the National Agency of Public Registry. Personal Skills: Effective communication skills; High sense of responsibility; Punctuality; Ability to manage time effectively; Customer communication skills; Tactfulness, politeness, and a positive attitude; Logical and analytical thinking skills; Detail-oriented approach; Ability to work both independently and in a team; Ability to work in a stressful environment; Ability to adapt quickly. Mandatory Qualification Requirements: Thorough knowledge of civil and administrative legislation; Higher legal education with specialization in civil and administrative law; Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position in the sales field; experience in the construction sector will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of Georgian and English languages is mandatory; knowledge of Turkish will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of office programs.
