## Job description

Lawyer | Private Clients Practice Join REVERA, one of the leading international law firms in the CEE region. We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys working on international matters and wants to advise private clients on cross-border legal issues together with colleagues from different jurisdictions. What you will do Advise private clients on international legal matters together with foreign colleagues Support cross-border projects, mainly across European jurisdictions Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and research Manage client matters and coordinate work with international partners Main practice areas Migration (residence permits and citizenship) International real estate transactions Personal taxation (tax residency, double tax treaties) Marriage contracts and inheritance planning You will also have the opportunity to Write articles and legal publications Speak at industry seminars and conferences Work with colleagues from different countries on international projects What we are looking for Experience in Private Clients, international private law, migration, tax, or related practice areas Strong analytical and drafting skills Good English (written and spoken) Russian is an advantage, as many of our clients are Russian-speaking Ability to work independently and manage several projects at the same time Why REVERA — International projects and clients — Cooperation with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions — Professional growth and development — Friendly and supportive team — Opportunity to build your personal brand through publications and speaking engagements Please send your CV to d.karpova@revera.legal or apply via LinkedIn.
