## Job description

33/44 is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to provide architectural direction and lead projects from initial concept through technical development and implementation. The role requires a strong balance of leadership, technical expertise and multidisciplinary coordination. You will lead the architectural team, oversee project workflows and coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers and other consultants to ensure that the architectural vision is translated into coherent, technically resolved and buildable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from concept development through technical design and implementation; Provide architectural direction and ensure architectural consistency across all project stages; Lead and coordinate the architectural team, establishing clear workflows, responsibilities and priorities; Manage multidisciplinary coordination with structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants and other project stakeholders; Oversee the development and coordination of architectural documentation; Ensure that technical decisions remain aligned with the project’s design intent, quality standards and implementation requirements; Maintain the integrity of the architectural concept throughout the entire project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience ; At least five completed, author-led projects of Class III or higher , approved by the relevant municipal authorities; Advanced proficiency in architectural design and documentation software; Strong understanding of architectural and technical coordination processes; Professional proficiency in English; Proven experience in leading architectural teams and managing project workflows - please specify relevant projects you have led.
