🚀 We're hiring: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁
📍 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 (𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱)

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻:
• 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products
• Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics
• Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems
• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics
• Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams
• Native Russian speaker
