Job Opening – Lead Electrical Engineer 📍 Location: Tbilisi, Georgia 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 GEL (Net) (Depending on experience and qualifications) About ENOVUS ENOVUS is one of the fastest-growing EPC companies in Georgia, executing the full lifecycle of industrial and Utility-Scale solar power plants from engineering and design to final commissioning. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to head the engineering design, technical management, and construction supervision for solar PV plants, substations, and power transmission infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Full electrical engineering and design for Utility-Scale PV projects; Preparation of Grid Connection solutions and technical documentation; Design of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), protection schemes, MV/HV systems, transformers, cables, and switchgear; Conducting Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination, and other engineering analyses; Participation in substation and power transmission infrastructure projects; Preparation of RFQ, BOQ, MTO, and other technical specifications; Coordination of the engineering phase of EPC projects; Technical supervision (Field Engineering) and project progress monitoring during construction; Coordination of contractor activities, quality control, and work acceptance; Planning and leading FAT, SAT, Testing & Commissioning processes; Complete coordination of the project handover and commissioning processes; Ensuring the preparation of As-Built documentation and final handover packages; Technical risk assessment and development of engineering solutions; Technical communication with clients, investors, government authorities, and international partners. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in power engineering design; Proven experience working on Utility-Scale Solar PV projects; Strong knowledge of MV/HV systems and Grid Code requirements; Hands-on experience with IEC/IEEE/EN standards; Solid background in engineering project management and technical documentation; Proficiency in English.
