Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage long-term relationships with the Bank's strategic corporate clients, identify their business needs and develop new business opportunities; - Structure, negotiate and execute complex financing solutions, including syndicated and tailored financing facilities; - Manage and develop a portfolio of large corporate clients while ensuring profitability, high service standards and strong credit portfolio quality; - Prepare credit proposals, present them to the relevant committees and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of transactions; - Analyze market trends, industry developments and client performance to identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships; - Lead, develop and mentor Associate and Junior Corporate Bankers; - Represent the Bank in relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field; a Master's degree will be considered an advantage; Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in Corporate Banking or the financial sector; proven experience in managing relationships with large corporate clients and originating new business; in-depth knowledge of corporate banking products, credit analysis and financial structuring; Languages: Fluency in Georgian and English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage; Technical Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Skills and Competencies Required: -Strong communication, interpersonal and building working relations skills; - Strong presentation skills; - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; - Experience in team leadership, employee development and mentoring; - Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and other departments; - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; - Proactive and results-driven approach.
