Analyze procurement portfolio, contracts, and market trends to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Evaluate supplier performance and develop sustainable relationships with key suppliers. Qualifications Required: Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or finance/accounting. Work Experience : 3 years of experience in related field. Languages : Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage; Technical Knowledge and Skills : Proficient user of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Georgian Tax Code and Custom Code, Basic Knowledge of administrative and property management.
