📢 We’re Hiring: Legal Counsel (Litigation) Rustavi Steel LLC is looking for a Litigation Counsel to join our Legal Department in Rustavi, Georgia. If you are an attorney with strong courtroom experience and are looking to move from private practice into an in-house legal role — or already have corporate legal experience — we would love to hear from you. 📌 Key Responsibilities: · Represent the Company in civil and administrative litigation before courts of all instances, as well as in arbitration, mediation, and enforcement proceedings. · Prepare pleadings, motions, appeals, legal opinions, and other procedural documents. · Protect the Company's interests in dealings with government authorities, regulators, and third parties. · Review claims, complaints, and legal correspondence, providing practical legal advice and recommendations. · Lead negotiations and support the resolution of legal disputes. · Advise business units on litigation-related matters and legal risks. · Draft legal opinions, internal policies, and other legal documentation. · Monitor legislative developments and court practice affecting the manufacturing and industrial sectors. · Prepare regular reports on ongoing litigation and arbitration matters. 🔹 Key Competencies: · Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree preferred). · Active membership in the Georgian Bar Association, with a Civil Law or General Practice specialization. · Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer or attorney, with substantial hands-on litigation and courtroom representation experience. · Previous experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry sector, or within a large corporate environment, will be considered a strong advantage. · English language proficiency at B1 level or higher. 📍 Work location: Rustavi 🚀 Ready to protect business interests and make a real legal impact? 📩 Send your CV to [email protected] Subject: Legal Counsel
