20 August We Are Hiring: Legal Officer Location: Tbilisi, Georgia CAMEX Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a strong understanding of corporate law and aviation regulations, who is eager to contribute to a fast-growing international cargo airline. Key Responsibilities: ** Provide legal support across all company operations, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulations. ** Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial agreements, dry lease or ACMI/wet lease agreements, and service contracts. ** Ensure compliance with Georgian Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and EASA ** Support corporate governance matters, including preparation of legal documents, policies, and internal procedures. ** Liaise with external legal advisors, regulatory authorities and stakeholders. Requirements: ** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Law. ** Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in aviation, transportation, or a highly regulated industry. ** Strong knowledge of aviation law, commercial law, and contract law is advantage ** Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. ** High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail. ** Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. ** Fluency in English and Georgian (both written and spoken).
