About the role You'll keep our Canadian lending operation moving by making sure every loan file is complete, accurate and ready before it reaches our verification (scrubbing) and underwriting teams. Working hours are 15:00-00:00 Tbilisi time to match the Toronto business day. What you'll be doing Review incoming loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy Check bank statements for clarity, consistency, and any gaps or irregularities Identify and follow up on missing information with brokers and internal teams Prepare files for the scrubbing and underwriting teams to agreed quality and turnaround standards Manage a daily queue of files while keeping accuracy high Log recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes 🔍 What you'll bring Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial documents Fluent written and spoken English Ability to stay organised and accurate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Clear communication, and comfort working with colleagues and partners across time zones Our Offer A competitive salary between 2,500 and 3,000 GEL monthly, based on your expertise. 25 days of annual leave Full training and ongoing support Company-paid taxi home after in-office shifts Hands-on exposure to the full lending pipeline, working alongside brokers, scrubbing and underwriting teams 👋 Think you're a fit?
