Role Description The Line Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role is responsible for managing the practical and financial aspects of film and television productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day operations on set. The Line Producer coordinates between directors, department heads, vendors, and crew to ensure the production stays on time and on budget. Daily tasks include preparing and tracking budgets, supervising hiring and payroll, organizing logistics such as locations and equipment, and resolving operational issues that arise during pre-production, production, and wrap. The Line Producer also ensures compliance with safety standards, contracts, and local regulations while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in film or television production management, preferably as a Line Producer or Production Manager. Strong budgeting and scheduling skills, including the ability to create, manage, and reconcile production budgets and timelines. Proficiency with production management tools and software, call sheet creation, and basic office applications. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments. Clear and effective communication skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of on-set protocols, safety standards, and local regulations relevant to film production in Tbilisi or the region.
