## Job description

About the Company LC Waikiki is one of the leading fashion retail brands, operating stores across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. Our Georgian organization manages the full retail cycle locally — from receiving international shipments to delivering the right product to the right store at the right time. About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Intern to join us for a 6-month structured internship program, designed to give 3rd and 4th year university students genuine, high-level professional practice in international retail supply chain operations — the kind of experience that is difficult to gain in a classroom. The role is based on-site at our central warehouse in Tbilisi, working side by side with the Logistics team. This is where the supply chain actually happens: you will see goods move from arrival to dispatch and learn the operation from the inside, not from a desk far away from it. Responsibilities Work daily alongside the Logistics team at the central warehouse, supporting inbound shipment receipt from international suppliers Support warehouse operations such as goods acceptance, sorting and dispatch preparation for stores Track store deliveries, monitor transit times and follow up on delayed or incomplete shipments Maintain and update logistics reports and trackers in Excel (delivery performance, shipment status, cost follow-up) Assist with the flow of customs and transportation documentation, in cooperation with freight forwarders and customs brokers Support inter-store stock transfers and warehouse return processes Help verify transportation invoices and reconcile them against actual shipments Provide support during periodic stock counts and inventory activities Perform accurate data entry and record keeping in internal systems Qualifications Currently enrolled 3rd or 4th year Bachelor's student in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Transportation, International Trade or a related field Please note: in line with our internship policy, recent graduates are not eligible for this program Required Skills Good command of English (written and spoken) — assessed through an English proficiency test during the selection process Fluent Georgian Confident MS Excel user; familiarity with lookup functions and pivot tables is a strong advantage Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail — comfortable working with numbers, deadlines and large data sets Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to follow up on multiple open items at once Clear communication and a collaborative approach — logistics works across stores, warehouse, commercial and finance teams Result orientation, sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment Preferred Skills Able to commit to the full 6-month internship period on a regular weekly schedule, alongside university studies Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment as part of an operational team Selection process Application and CV review First interview with Human Resources Second interview with the Logistics Functional Manager General Ability and Personality Inventory Test + English Proficiency Test Offer and onboarding
