Main Responsibilities: ** Processing incoming transportation requests and preparing quotations; ** Entering and registering orders in the system; ** Coordinating shipments and communicating with the company`s internal and partner network; ** Communicating with clients and providing status updates on ongoing shipments; ** Monitoring the compliance of transport, customs, and commercial documentation; ** Monitoring receivables from clients and payments due to agents; ** Delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Qualification Requirements: ** Higher education degree; ** Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding; ** Experience in sea freight operations. Additional experience in air, road, and/or rail transportation will be considered an advantage; ** Working knowledge of English and Russian languages; ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is mandatory. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
