## Job description
Position
Store Cashier
Address: 29 Georgian American Friendship
Avenue, Dighomi, Tbilisi, Georgia
Working Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Position Overview
The successful candidate will assist the Manager in the effective operation of the store
and related services. The position requires strong attention to detail,
reliability, customer service skills, cash-handling experience, and the ability
to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
The Store Cashier will:

Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
·
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
·
Assist with receiving, ordering, and restocking products.
·
Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and product rotation.
·
Help prevent product spoilage, shortages, and damages.
·
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
·
Communicate with suppliers as needed.
·
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
·
Complete other duties assigned by the Manager.
·
Arrive on time and follow the assigned work schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience as a cashier,
store cashier, retail associate, store assistant, or in a similar position
is required.
Good command of the English
language , both spoken and written.
Ability to communicate
professionally and effectively with customers, managers, colleagues, and
suppliers.
Honest, reliable,
responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle cash
accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
Ability to organize tasks
and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Basic computer and
record-keeping skills are preferred.
Willingness to perform
additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation and Benefits
·
The employee will be paid every other Friday.
·
The candidate will be on a paid probationary period for 3 months.
·
The wage for the 4-week working period will be gross 1824
GEL.
·
The employee should pay 20% income tax from the wages received.
·
The employee will receive a 13th month salary.
·
The employee will receive health insurance, 24 days
of Annual leave, sick leave and all the official holidays.
