ABOUT THE ROLE This role combines working with maintenance data, communication with technical personnel, and involvement in the sales process. The specialist will work with data related to customers’ sites and equipment, maintain accurate records of parts usage and replacement history, monitor upcoming replacement dates, and proactively communicate with customers when a replacement is due. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor customer sites and equipment in the Maintenance system and keep relevant data up to date; Communicate with technical personnel to clarify equipment conditions and parts replacement information; Maintain accurate parts replacement history and monitor expected replacement dates in the system; Proactively communicate with customers and participate in the order process when a replacement is due; Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams regarding parts availability and delivery timelines; Identify inconsistencies in the data and coordinate with the Technical team to verify and resolve them. REQUIREMENTS Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field; Interest in technical systems and the ability to quickly understand technical processes; Strong communication skills; Accuracy and attention to detail; Motivation to learn and develop professionally. Previous experience in the crushing, quarrying, mining, or related industries is not required. Full training on the product and Maintenance system will be provided by Tronixer.
