Responsibilities Perform breast and bone density imaging adhering to department protocols and ALARA principles to minimize exposure. Evaluate image quality, perform data post-processing, and ensure accurate patient identification. Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring safety and comfort during procedures. Assist radiologists with procedures and protocols, and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Maintain strict aseptic techniques and comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Valid ARRT-Mammography, ARRT-Radiography, and BLS certifications required upon hire. Minimum 2 years of diagnostic radiography/X-ray experience; 1 year preferred in breast imaging. Strong operating skills for radiographic equipment, excellent communication, and patient service skills. Knowledge of mammography positioning techniques and breast imaging units is preferred.
