Job Summary And Responsibilities The Manual End-to-End Tester ensures the quality and reliability of our AI conversational application and other features. The ideal candidate is an experienced tester who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Create test plans, test cases and checklists Execute manual tests on the application Identify, document and report defects Assist in the development of test automation Analyze system requirements and develop test plans and scripts Assist in the design and implementation of processes and procedures Collaborate with developers and other testers Other Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information. Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity and inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating change.
