Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end production process for juices, sauces, spices, and other food products; Receive monthly and weekly production plans and develop detailed daily and weekly schedules in coordination with the Chief Technologist; Ensure production orders are completed on time, in the required quantity and quality; Plan workforce, equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, and other production resources; Submit timely material requests to warehouses and monitor actual material consumption; Manage shift supervisors, operators, mechanics, and production employees; Ensure compliance with product specifications, recipes, technological instructions, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety requirements; Monitor productivity, OEE, downtime, yield, waste, rework, material losses, and production costs; Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond promptly to equipment failures; Ensure accurate completion of production, batch, material-consumption, cleaning, downtime, and traceability records; Investigate production deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements; Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous-improvement initiatives; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports; Maintain effective coordination with Planning, Quality, Technology, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, HR, and other departments.
