In this role, you'll research activity across our industry's digital landscape- websites, marketing campaigns, and online business practices- and turn your findings into clear, well-organized reports for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. We provide full training: documented processes, real examples, templates, tools, and clear guidelines. No prior industry background is required- what matters is your ability to work carefully and methodically with detail, evidence, and deadlines. Responsibilities: Monitoring market participants through Similarweb, Google Ads, ad libraries, public web data, and manual website reviews Reviewing websites, landing pages, ads, traffic sources, user journeys, checkout pages, payment pages, and payment flows Documenting user journeys from ad click or traffic source to landing page, registration, checkout, or payment page Collecting screenshots, URLs, dates, page examples, flow examples, payment-flow details, and supporting materials Organizing findings according to internal templates and criteria Maintaining trackers and keeping all records accurate and up to date Preparing structured documentation packages for internal review Coordinating follow-ups with the internal team Preparation of materials for external advisors or review partners What We're Looking For: Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach Comfortable with online research and working in spreadsheets/trackers Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to follow a defined process No specialized background required- just curiosity and a willingness to learn What we offer Full training and ongoing support, including templates, tools, and defined criteria A structured, repeatable process rather than open-ended guesswork Exposure to competitive intelligence, digital forensics, and compliance workflows Location Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
