Candidate Profile Senior marketing professional with 4+ years of experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, pubs, bars, or lifestyle brands. Strong in both marketing strategy and hands-on implementation, including campaigns, content, promotions, CRM, and customer engagement. Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage. Ideally based in or near Frankfurt, with remote work possible for the right candidate. Experience in sales, customer relations, or business development is a plus. Confident working across multiple brands, working expeirence with Irish Pubs is advantage. Highly organized, systems-focused, and comfortable using AI tools and modern marketing platforms. Creative, commercially minded, and able to guide managers and teams in effective marketing execution. Responsibilities Develop and support marketing strategy across the company’s key brands. Ensure marketing activities follow company culture, systems, and SOPs. Create and implement campaigns, promotions, content ideas, and advertising activities. Collect and coordinate effective social media content through internal reporting systems. Manage social media planning, scheduling, and performance across company channels. Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve campaigns, customer engagement, and business results. Ensure websites are accurate, up to date, and error-free. Able to take ownership of the marketing function, working independently while collaborating closely with senior management. Oversee reservations systems, customer feedback, and timely guest communication. Manage the company’s marketing database and CRM activities. Communicate marketing ideas clearly and on time to managers and relevant teams. Support local customer engagement, B2B opportunities, and in-person collaboration where needed.
