We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional PR — develop marketing ideas, create collaborations, build partnerships, shape brand communication and help introduce IERI to new audiences locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute IERI’s marketing and brand strategy • Create a monthly marketing roadmap: campaigns, launches, events, collaborations and partnerships • Build partnerships with hotels, restaurants, tour guides, cultural institutions, lifestyle projects, media and influencers • Develop PR opportunities and maintain relationships with relevant media and industry contacts • Write and edit copy for newsletters, website, campaigns, press materials and presentations • Coordinate marketing priorities with the SMM Manager and oversee key social media campaigns • Develop ideas for events, activations and special collaborations • Strengthen IERI’s visibility among tourists and international visitors • Monitor competitors, new platforms and marketing opportunities • Track results and prepare short monthly reports with conclusions and next steps We Are Looking For • Experience in marketing, branding, PR, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle • Strong writing and communication skills • Creative and commercial mindset • Ability to work independently and proactively generate ideas • Strong interest in fashion, culture and contemporary Georgia • Fluent Georgian and English; Russian is an advantage We are looking for someone who constantly thinks: Who should know about IERI but doesn’t yet?
