We are recruiting a Marketing Manager for our partner, an established Georgian real estate advisory company specializing in the sales and marketing of development projects. Working alongside developers, the company helps turn project concepts into marketable products and commercial results. The role You will bring real estate projects to market through well-planned campaigns, consistent brand communication and effective lead generation. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will coordinate agencies and suppliers, manage campaign budgets and use marketing and sales data to improve results across several projects. Who we are looking for ** A commercially minded marketer who combines creative judgment with strong organization and analytical skills. ** At least 3 years of marketing experience, including independent campaign and supplier management. ** A degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field. ** Sound knowledge of brand management, content planning, lead generation, campaign budgeting and performance measurement. ** Confidence using advertising and web analytics, including Meta or Google platforms; familiarity with CMS tools, CRM reporting, Excel and PowerPoint. ** Fluent Georgian and professional working English; Russian or another relevant market language is an advantage. ** Ability to manage several projects, collaborate with sales teams and keep delivery on track. ** Experience in real estate, property development or marketing high-value products is a strong advantage. We offer ** Location: Tbilisi; on-site at the head office, with visits to partner developers as needed. ** Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30. ** Salary: GEL 4, 000 net per month. ** Benefit: Health insurance.
