Media Miami is a performance marketing agency building and scaling digital products for the U.S. market across finance, health and self-development.

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive execution across newsletters, paid media, social, and growth - turning strategy into structured plans, keeping multiple workstreams moving, and building the systems that keep a high-performing team running.

**What you'll own:**
• End-to-end execution across newsletters, paid, social & growth
• Newsletter growth strategy, in partnership with our email team
• SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems
• Team leadership & quality control
• AI-driven workflows — not optional, it's how we work

**What we're looking for:**
• 5+ years in project/marketing management
• Proven track record juggling multiple marketing workstreams
• Hands-on AI tool use (hard requirement)
• Strong ownership mindset — you don't wait to be asked
• C1+ English
