Media Miami is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager / Marketing Team Lead to drive execution across newsletters, paid media, social, and growth. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building processes, and know how to keep marketing teams moving, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll:
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from idea to execution
• Drive newsletter growth alongside the email marketing team
• Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and reporting systems
• Remove blockers, improve processes, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Leverage AI tools to increase team efficiency and performance

We're looking for:
✔️ 4+ years managing marketing projects or operations and leading marketing team
✔️ Experience across , paid media, or social, or growth marketing or newsletters
✔️ Strong project management and process-building skills
✔️ Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work
✔️ Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and English (C1+)
✔️Strong experience in email marketing will be a plus
