You’ll be the person connecting the strategy with everyone executing it - content creator, digital advertising specialist, designer, SEO, reservations team, instructors, guides and external partners. What you’ll do: Develop and execute Ride Gudauri’s marketing and communication strategy Define brand positioning, target audiences, key messages, Message Box and Tone of Voice Build the seasonal marketing, campaign plan and execute it Manage and brief the content creator, digital advertiser, designer, SEO specialist and other partners Coordinate social media, website, SEO, advertising and promotional activities Ensure consistent brand communication across every customer-facing channel Work with the reservations team to improve inquiries, conversion and bookings Create campaigns, packages and offers that support sales Coordinate communication with instructors, guides, hotels, tour operators and other partners Develop partner guides, presentations and communication materials Track marketing performance and continuously improve results Develop repeat customer, referral, cross-sell and upsell opportunities We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing or a similar role Understands how brand, content, digital marketing and sales work together Has strong communication and project-management skills Can coordinate multiple specialists and keep everyone aligned Is creative but also commercially minded and results-oriented Takes ownership and is comfortable working independently Speaks fluent Georgian and English Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, sports or lifestyle brands is a plus. And yes - loving the mountains matters.
