Company Description 3dtouch Studio is a 3D visualization partner supporting architects, interior designers, furniture brands, and real estate developers with photorealistic images, animations, and interactive environments. The studio’s work is used for real estate pre-sales, investor presentations, architectural competitions, client approvals, product launches, e-commerce, and brand campaigns. Operating internationally, 3dtouch Studio collaborates remotely with teams across multiple countries and time zones, often acting as an extension of in-house marketing or architecture teams. The studio focuses on enabling clear communication between design, marketing, and business stakeholders while delivering large volumes of high-quality scenes on predictable timelines. Its projects have been delivered in 25+ countries and featured in international publications and industry platforms, including Forbes and Architecture Hunter. Role Description We’re looking for someone to join our team who already has real experience and results generating leads specifically within ArchViz or a similar creative studio — not someone learning the industry as they go. Reaching the right people and turning that into actual conversations and meetings booked. If you’re comfortable with cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, ads, and different platforms to reach our ICP, we’d like to talk. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or growth marketing, ideally within ArchViz, architecture, interior design, real estate, or a similar creative studio A track record you can back up with real numbers — leads generated, response rates, meetings booked, or deals influenced in past roles Comfortable communicating in English — doesn't need to be native level, but should be able to write and speak clearly and confidently with international clients Hands-on experience running cold email campaigns, not just using a tool someone else set up Comfortable with cold calling and can speak to specific campaigns you've run Real LinkedIn outreach experience — prospecting, sequencing, and booking meetings, not just posting content Experience with at least one CRM or outreach platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar) Bonus: experience selling to architects, developers, or real estate/hospitality decision-makers specifically Send your CV to [email protected], along with a short note on what you've worked on and what results you got.
