## Job description

We are hiring a Marketing Project Specialist! 🚀 Our team is looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive Marketing Project Specialist to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our strategic brands. 📍 Location: Lisi, Tbilisi ⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) Key Responsibilities: Fully manage marketing projects and activities end-to-end — from initial creative ideation to complete final execution; Plan and execute marketing campaigns for strategic brands, with a focus on long-term positioning; Manage marketing activities of various scales — from large-scale outdoor events (500+ attendees) to smaller activations (e.g., giveaways, promotions); Collaborate closely with designers by preparing clear briefs, overseeing production, and ensuring all assets align with brand identity; Manage multiple projects across the brand portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Must-Have Qualifications: 2-3 years of professional experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role; Proven experience working within the FMCG and/or Retail sectors; Demonstrated experience in traditional marketing channels and brand activations (this role requires broad marketing experience, not exclusively digital or social media); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Must be located in or within a commutable distance to Tbilisi, Georgia; Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis;
