18 September Marketplace Manager (German-Speaking) Location: Georgia (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time, Service Contract Salary: €1, 300/month (base) + Quarterly Performance Bonus ( €200-€600 ) About the Company: We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketplace Manager to join the growing team at Hey Happiness, an international e-commerce jewellery brand focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple online marketplaces. If you enjoy working with data, optimizing performance, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work, we`d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: ** Marketplace Growth (40%) ** Take ownership of one or more online marketplaces by: ** Growing revenue ** Improving conversion rates ** Optimizing product assortment ** Managing campaigns and promotions ** Increasing search visibility ** Monitoring competitors ** Identifying new growth opportunities Commercial Analysis (25%): Regularly analyze marketplace performance, including: ** Sales trends ** Conversion rates ** Return rates ** Advertising performance ** Product profitability ** Customer feedback ** Category opportunities Go beyond reporting numbers by identifying actionable improvements and business opportunities. Marketplace Operations (20%) Manage daily marketplace activities such as: ** Product listings ** Category mapping ** Campaign setup ** Product launches ** Pricing updates ** Marketplace communication ** Issue resolution Many operational tasks are increasingly supported by AI tools. Documentation & Process Improvement (10%): ** Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ** Improve workflows and processes ** Help automate repetitive tasks ** Train backup team members Cross-Training (5%): ** Learn at least one additional marketplace ** Support colleagues during holidays and peak periods ** Help ensure knowledge is shared across the team What We`re Looking For: Required: ** Fluent German ** Good English ** Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills ** Analytical mindset ** Excellent attention to detail ** Comfortable working with numbers ** Strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have: ** Experience with Amazon Marketplace ** Fashion or jewelry industry experience ** Shopify experience ** Other e-commerce experience ** Personal Qualities We`re looking for someone who: ** Enjoys taking ownership ** Naturally investigates problems ** Is curious and eager to learn ** Is reliable and accountable ** Communicates openly and clearly ** Enjoys improving systems and processes
