Responsibilities Include Accurately conducting patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing. Analyzing, investigating, interpreting, and reporting lab data with clinical insight. Monitoring and documenting test processes, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with team members. Contributing to laboratory performance improvement initiatives and inspection readiness. Maintaining current knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Participating in meetings, training, and quality improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related field; Master's preferred. Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire. Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including data entry, Excel, Word, with Epic and 3M experience preferred. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare team members.
