## Job description

We’re Hiring | Mechanical & Electrical Engineers ⚡️🔧 CMC is expanding its Design Management team and we are looking for experienced and motivated Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to join our team in Tbilisi. Our MEP engineers are involved throughout the project lifecycle — from design review and coordination to construction support, quality control and handover. What you’ll be involved in: • Reviewing and coordinating MEP design documentation • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications and Client requirements • BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection • Value engineering and technical optimization of MEP systems • Constructability and maintainability reviews • Reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, MAFs and material proposals • Supporting RFIs, technical queries and design changes • Providing technical support and quality control during construction • Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities • Working closely with Clients, consultants, contractors, architects and other engineering disciplines • Participating in technical workshops and solving complex project-related issues We are looking for engineers who combine strong technical knowledge with practical problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
