Our website: www.next-property.com NEXT is hiring for the position of MEP Engineer Responsibilities: Coordinate MEP system projects (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical). Review and evaluate technical design documentation. Participate in the development of MEP concepts. Plan, monitor, and control project activities and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Organize and participate in technical meetings. Review Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and Method Statements. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with construction regulations and international standards. Prepare project progress and performance reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEP field. Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems. Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit MEP will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of construction standards and codes.
