## Job description

MEP Technical Supervisor (On-Site – Kobuleti) Company: Advance Consulting LLC Location: Kobuleti, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based Work Format: On-site Salary: Depends on qualifications and experience About the Role Advance Consulting LLC is recruiting an MEP Technical Supervisor for a large-scale mixed-use development located in Kobuleti. This is a site-based technical supervision role, focused on quality control, compliance, and proper execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in accordance with approved project documentation. Key Responsibilities • On-site supervision and inspection of MEP works • Ensuring contractor compliance with approved MEP designs, specifications, and BoQs • Quality control of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-current systems • Verification of materials, installations, and workmanship • Identification, documentation, and reporting of non-compliance issues • Coordination with contractors, designers, and the client’s representatives • Participation in site meetings and preparation of technical supervision reports • Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes Key Requirements • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision or construction • Solid understanding of MEP systems for residential / hospitality / mixed-use projects • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BoQs • Strong on-site experience and problem-solving skills • High level of responsibility and attention to detail Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Degree in MEP / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering • English language skills (working level) • Experience on large-scale projects What We Offer • On-site role on a major development in Kobuleti • Professional and technically strong working environment • Competitive compensation aligned with candidate qualifications • Potential for long-term cooperation on future projects How to Apply Please submit your CV with a brief summary of relevant experience via Linkedin
