Role Description The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems for various building types. The role involves close collaboration with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design issues and maintain coherent building services integration. The MEP Engineer will also participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities, as well as provide technical support during installation and maintenance. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tbilisi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering, including MEP Coordination and Building Services design. Practical experience in Plumbing system design, installation, and troubleshooting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Competence in Electrical Engineering for building systems, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems. Knowledge of HVAC and fire protection systems, including energy-efficient and sustainable design principles. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering field. Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools) and MS Office. Familiarity with local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a client-oriented mindset.
