Position: MEP Manager The MEP Manager is responsible for leading MEP design efforts, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality design outputs. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership and Management Lead the development of complex MEP system designs. Provide technical guidance to junior designers. Review design drawings submitted by others and provide competent evaluation; Support company PM’s with design solutions, MEP expertise and recommendations; Project Planning and Execution Oversee MEP design phases from concept to completion. Guide junior engineers with proper solutions and monitor their work; Conduct selective site visit within its competence. Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure all designs meet regulatory and client standards. Client and Stakeholder Management Act as the primary contact for MEP-related discussions. Qualification: Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred). Preferred: PMP or other Project Management certifications. Certifications in related technical disciplines will be considered an advantage. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP design, including team leadership. At least 7 completed MEP projects. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD software and Revit.
