## Job description

About Flitt: Flitt is a fintech company and a member of the TBC Group, offering businesses an international online payments platform. With advanced technology, Flitt provides a simple and secure end-to-end payment management service, integrating various payment methods into one platform for seamless integration. What you'll do: Assist in the registration and onboarding process of merchants on the platform Support the setup of e-commerce merchants and help ensure smooth integration into the payment system Help manage merchant accounts and portal-related requests, including feature activation/deactivation under supervision Provide day-to-day support to merchants by responding to inquiries and assisting with basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding, support requests, and operational updates Assist with reconciliation of financial and operational data, identifying discrepancies and escalating them when needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Risk, Technical Support, and Marketing to support merchant operations Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to merchant operations as assigned Qualifications: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field Strong interest in fintech, online payments, and merchant operations Good communication skills in English and in Georgian, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What you can expect: A great team and a supportive working environment A paid 6-month internship with a monthly salary of 800 GEL (net) Health insurance Hybrid working model
