We design and deliver incentive programmes, conferences, corporate events and certified teambuilding for international clients — from initial brief through to on-the-ground delivery. Owning our offices in all three markets is what allows us to control quality end to end. It is also why our project managers run programmes rather than coordinate suppliers who run them. The role We are hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of MICE programmes from client brief to final invoice. You will cost programmes, negotiate with suppliers, build itineraries, and be on the ground when groups are in country. Group sizes typically range from 20 to 300 participants. Responsibilities Interpret client briefs and design programmes that meet them commercially and creatively Cost programmes accurately and prepare proposals Negotiate rates and terms with hotels, venues, transport and activity suppliers Build detailed itineraries and operational documentation Manage on-site delivery, including supplier coordination and problem resolution Act as primary point of contact for the client throughout Conduct site inspections and maintain supplier relationships Handle post-programme reconciliation and reporting Requirements Essential Minimum 2 years in MICE, DMC, incentive travel or event production Programmes you have personally delivered, not only supported — be prepared to describe them Fluent Russian and English; Georgian strongly preferred Supplier negotiation experience Strong costing and budgeting ability Willingness to work evenings and weekends when groups are in country Composure under operational pressure Advantageous Existing supplier relationships in Georgia Experience with groups of 30 or more Knowledge of the Armenian or Azerbaijani markets Additional languages What we offer Competitive salary [insert range] plus [performance structure] Ownership of programmes from start to finish Regional travel across three countries Work in one of the fastest-growing MICE destinations in the region [Health insurance / other benefits] How to apply Send your CV to irma@gratadmc.com with the subject line "MICE and Events Project Manager".
