Role Description The Micro Business Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, focused on supporting and developing micro business clients. In this role, the specialist analyzes client needs, offers tailored financial solutions, and provides guidance on products and services that help micro businesses grow sustainably. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, evaluating business plans and financial data, preparing offers, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the customer lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, monitoring portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to process improvements and digital initiatives that enhance the micro business segment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of micro and small business operations, including basic financial analysis, cash flow, and risk assessment. Experience in banking, financial services, or business consulting, preferably working with micro or small enterprises. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships and provide clear, practical advice to business owners. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products and complex information in accessible terms. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make data-informed decisions. Comfort working in a dynamic, digitally driven environment and openness to using new tools, analytics, and AI-powered solutions. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications in banking or entrepreneurship are an advantage.
