As we continue to grow, we're expanding beyond traditional exchange services by building new financial infrastructure, including payment and cross-border transaction solutions through PlexPay , bridging digital assets with the traditional financial system. --- About the Role As we scale our crypto exchange operations and accelerate our expansion into B2B financial infrastructure, we're looking for a Middle Financial Analyst who will take ownership of our financial models, unit economics, and strategic financial planning. What You'll Do ✔️ P&L Ownership: Build, maintain, and analyze full profit and loss (P&L) structures to establish comprehensive financial reporting for our changing business model. ✔️ Unit Economics Mastery: Map out and continuously optimize our unit economics, strictly dissecting self-cost vs. full financial metrics. ✔️ Operational Budgeting & Auditing: Deep-dive into monthly operational costs to streamline overhead. ✔️ Strategic Modeling: Build predictive financial forecasts to pave the way as we scale into mid-size corporate sectors (Development, Logistics, Import-Export). ✔️ Collaborate for Scale: Work hand-in-hand with our product team and future BI analytics function to sync financial metrics with live business performance.
