Middle Product Designer

We're Hiring: Middle UI/UX Designer (On Site) Join our team and help shape the future of digital payments. We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences for a modern Payment Orchestration Platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless payment journeys used by businesses worldwide. What You'll Do Design intuitive user experiences for complex payment and fintech workflows. Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams from discovery to delivery. Conduct UX research, analyze user feedback, and transform insights into impactful design solutions. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent experiences across web applications. Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Continuously improve existing products through data-driven design decisions and usability best practices. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing web application or SaaS products. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. Experience creating design systems and component libraries. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive experiences. Good written and spoken English.
