🚀 **Middle Webflow Developer at On The Spot Development**

On The Spot is looking for a **Middle Webflow Developer** to join the team behind our own marketing website — onthespotdev.com

This is a long-term part-time role with a flexible workload. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical side of the site and help us keep building and improving it as it grows.

🔸 **What you’ll do:**

• Build and maintain Webflow pages, CMS, components, and interactions

• Turn Figma designs into clean, reusable Webflow components

• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Set up and maintain integrations with other tools

• Troubleshoot issues and keep the website clean, scalable, and fast

🔸 **What we’re looking for:**

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience

• Strong HTML/CSS and solid JavaScript fundamentals

• Experience with Webflow CMS, custom code, and integrations

• Ability to work independently from Figma

• Portfolio of Webflow projects you built or customized

• Strong ownership and a systematic approach to development

🔸 **Nice to have:**

• Experience with CRM, ATS, or marketing automation integrations

• Experience working on B2B tech or agency websites
