Mobile App & AI Product Lead

Dunkin' Georgia Tbilisi, Georgia
Posted Jul 15, 2026 15h ago

Job description

About the role We operate three QSR brands in Georgia — Wendy’s, Dunkin’, and Subway — unified through a single consumer mobile application. The mobile app is our most strategic digital bet, serving customers across all three brands with ordering, loyalty, and engagement experiences. We’re hiring a Mobile App & AI Product Lead to own this platform end-to-end and shape the company’s AI strategy across the IT department. You will be the product mind that the brands, marketing teams, and engineering depend on — bringing structure, vision, and strong opinions to where we invest next. This is a senior role with real authority. You’ll work directly with the Head of IT and the marketing leadership of all three brands. What you’ll own Mobile app product strategy: Define the roadmap, prioritize features, and lead release planning across all three brands sharing one application; Marketing partnership: Build a direct working relationship with the marketing heads of Wendy’s, Dunkin’, and Subway. Translate campaigns and events into app experiences that work for each brand without breaking the others; Content and customer experience: Decide what content, offers, and flows appear in the app, when, and for which audience; AI strategy and execution: Lead AI initiatives across the IT department — including ongoing projects (AI-powered camera systems, AI data warehouse, Claude integrations) and emerging opportunities. Decide what is worth building, what is hype, and how AI creates real customer or operational value; Team leadership: Lead the Mobile App Customer Support team (2 people today) and grow the function as the app scales. What we’re looking for 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a consumer-facing mobile app; Demonstrated ability to ship product across multiple stakeholders — bonus if you’ve worked across multiple brands, business units, or markets; Strong AI literacy: not necessarily an ML engineer, but someone who can read research, evaluate vendors, separate signal from noise, and articulate where AI does and does not belong; Comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll often be the most senior product person in the room, and we expect you to define how decisions get made; Excellent communication in English; Bias for action. You build, you measure, you adjust. Bonus QSR, retail, or franchise experience; Track record working with marketing teams as a primary stakeholder; Built or scaled AI-enabled features in production. What we offer Strategic, high-ownership role with real authority over our most important digital product; Direct relationship with the Head of IT and exposure to executive leadership across three brands; The opportunity to shape AI investment for one of Georgia’s most active multi-brand operators.
