We are looking for a Mobile UA Manager (Facebook, Tik Tok) . Your Main Tasks Will Be Meta Ads and Tik Tok campaigns launch and optimization; Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via AppsFlyer, internal BI and other tools; Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI, expected income and other key metrics; Testing new targeting and ad types (web2app); Creative testing, cooperation with the Creative Team and a search of scale solutions. We Expect From You Meta and Tik Tok expert, at least 3 year experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules, Claude) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is additional advantage. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Experiences AppsFlyer user; Understanding how to scale and creative testing; Good analytical skills and ability to interpet data; English is B2 or higher (originally Russian-speaking) What Do We Offer REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; Health benefits.
