💼 **Monitoring Product Manager | iGaming / GovTech**

🌍 Location: Remote with international travel
✈️ Travel: Regular international business trips
🏢 Industry: iGaming / Betting / GovTech
📋 Employment: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Monitoring Product Manager to join an international GovTech company developing a Central Gaming Monitoring System (CGMS) for gaming regulators.

The platform enables regulators to monitor betting activities, financial transactions, operator performance, regulatory compliance, and tax reporting in real time.

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and development lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering teams, gaming operators, and regulators.
- Manage API integrations, transaction monitoring, and real-time data reporting.
- Translate regulatory requirements into technical product specifications.
- Oversee operator onboarding, testing, and platform implementation.
- Develop monitoring dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics.

**✅ Requirements:**
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years with B2B/B2G or data-heavy platforms.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with iGaming / betting platforms (operator or platform provider side).
- Strong understanding of betting transactions, APIs, data pipelines, and platform integrations.
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must be able to travel to European countries visa-free, as international business trips are required.

⭐** Nice to Have:**
• Experience with regulatory monitoring or gaming compliance systems.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, responsible gambling, and BI tools.
• Experience working with government regulators.
