Obtain complete clinical histories, assess contraindications, and follow protocols for contrast media administration. Set up equipment, position patients, and prepare trays for procedures, demonstrating proficiency with imaging techniques. Evaluate image quality, review for clinical acceptability, and transmit studies to PACS or print as needed. Maintain equipment, ensure calibration, and report malfunctions promptly. Assist with patient transport, support immobilization, and perform routine clerical tasks. Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures to reduce anxiety, and address questions effectively. Participate in departmental training, adhere to quality control standards, and comply with safety and regulatory policies. Qualifications & Skills Accredited program in Medical Technology. Certification as ARMRIT or ARRT-MRI, and BLS certification. Minimum one year of successful MRI program completion and relevant experience. Excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
