Patient Care: Communicate clearly with patients, explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure patient dignity and comfort throughout exams. Technical Skills: Adjust techniques for optimal imaging, operate MRI equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform quality control checks. Documentation & Operations: Complete accurate records, manage supplies, transport patients, and support departmental workflows. Qualifications: Requires accredited radiologic technology education, ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification, BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience (preferably MRI), and strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, MRI protocols, and safety is essential.
