Multimedia Specialist

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a talented Multimedia Specialist who will play a key role in bringing the company’s story to life through compelling visual content. This role is responsible for ideating, creating and delivering high impact multimedia assets that elevate marketing campaigns, strengthen employer branding, and enhance product communication. Owning the full video production lifecycle from concept and storytelling to shooting, editing and final delivery the Multimedia Specialist ensures every project is executed with creativity, precision, and purpose. By combining strong visual storytelling with a deep understanding of brand standards and business goals, this role delivers content that not only looks exceptional but also drives real results. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, organize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, websites, presentations, exhibitions, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and product marketing. Own the complete multimedia production lifecycle from concept to final delivery. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and production plans together with the Marketing team. Capture high-quality footage that reflects the company's visual identity and brand standards. Edit raw footage into polished final videos, incorporating graphics, animation, sound design, subtitles, music, and visual effects where appropriate. Perform professional color correction, audio enhancement, and quality optimization. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with designers, motion designers, 3D artists, animators, copywriters, and other internal teams whenever additional assets are required. Create clear production briefs and tasks for supporting teams and actively manage project progress until all deliverables are completed. Ensure all multimedia projects are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and align with project objectives. Optimize multimedia content for different digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and exhibitions. Utilize AI-powered tools throughout the production workflow to improve efficiency, creativity, and production quality. Analyze multimedia performance and recommend improvements based on content performance and audience engagement. Maintain and organize multimedia assets, project files, footage libraries, and production documentation. Stay up to date with emerging production techniques, creative trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and actively participate in campaign development. JOB REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is considered an advantage. Strong portfolio demonstrating professional multimedia production experience is required. Advanced proficiency in professional post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, is required. Experience with Adobe After Effects (preferred) or other professional motion graphics tools is considered a strong advantage. Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, audio recording, and camera operation. Experience using AI tools throughout the multimedia production process—including research, ideation, scripting, storyboarding, editing, motion enhancement, image and voice generation, and workflow automation—is required. Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is considered a strong advantage. Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of visual storytelling, along with outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
