## Job description

Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in critical care. The role involves managing critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment within a newly established hospital. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced patient care in a collaborative practice model alongside experienced intensivists and providers Manage critically ill patients, participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary teams Utilize Epic EMR platform for documentation and patient management Qualifications & Skills Experience as an APP is highly preferred Strong clinical skills in critical care settings Ability to work night shifts, with a schedule of six 13-hour shifts per two-week period Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities Key Duties: Deliver high-quality critical care services, contribute to establishing and developing a new ICU service line, and engage in quality and care improvement efforts. The role offers an opportunity to influence care delivery in a state-of-the-art facility and be part of a pioneering team shaping critical care in a growing community.
