Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Job type: Full-time Position: Night Shift Supervisor About Hotel: Role Summary: Represents the Hotel during the night shift, ensuring smooth Front Office operations and excellent guest service. Welcomes and assists guests, handles check-ins, check-outs, requests and complaints, and takes full ownership of night shift procedures, OPERA accuracy, payments, reservations, and reports. Supports the team and ensures a proper handover to the morning shift. Role Main Responsibilities: ** Ensure full Front Office coverage throughout the night shift. ** Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs according to Brand standards. ** Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints, taking ownership until resolved or properly handed over. ** Complete and review night shift/night audit reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. ** Follow and apply all Hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards. ** Identify and follow up on discrepancies in reservations, rates, payments, and reports. ** Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest and operational matters during the night. ** Prepare a clear shift handover, including all pending matters, incidents, and guest requests. ** Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Front Office Manager or Supervisor. Required Skills/Abilities: ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Georgian; an additional international language is an advantage. ** Strong OPERA and Front Office operational knowledge. ** Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with reports and payments. ** Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. ** Ability to work independently and take ownership. ** Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. ** Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. ** Team-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery. ** Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Education and Experience: ** Experience in Front Office or a related hotel position. ** Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. ** Experience working in an international environment. ** Experience in luxury-tier hotels is a definite plus.
