Coordinate services with team members, report patient progress to physicians, and maintain effective communication. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and support recovery, utilizing verbal and written tools. Participate in staff training, continuing education, and professional development to stay current with clinical practices. Accurately document interventions, patient status, and compliance with regulatory guidelines within established timeframes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Licenses: Occupational Therapist license, CPR/BLS certification, Georgia driver’s license, and private vehicle insurance. Minimum of 1 year full-time occupational therapy experience; home health experience preferred. Strong assessment, rehabilitative, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with computer software, home health operations, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
