Perform routine occupational therapy procedures, ensure productivity standards, and adjust care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and support recovery. Participate in staff training, continuing education, and contribute to team meetings and special projects. Accurately document interventions, communicate patient status changes, and adhere to regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Valid Occupational Therapist license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Georgia driver's license with private vehicle insurance. Minimum one year of full-time occupational therapy experience; home health experience preferred. Strong assessment, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with computer software, home health operations, and regulatory compliance.
